FALL SEASON!!

        OCTOBER  
 

  • The start of over seeding with rye grass at models and commercial properties.

  • Fertilizing rye seed for germination.

  • Start of fall flowers. (Petunias, Snap Dragons, etc.)

  • Mulching all properties.

  • Cool nights hot days, watch for fungus in yards.

  • Fertilizing models and specs. (as needed)

  • Proper irrigation is important. (checked weekly by Yard Pro)
     

  • Changing out winter color to new summer flowers.
    (March 24 - end of May)
     

  • All the rye grass staring to burn out due to hotter weather.
    (April - June)
     

  • Brown patch due to cool nights
